  • Talent Mapping: We have the capability to develop competitive talent mapping based on criteria of search, companies of interest and level of position (Extremely cost effective if you have internal recruiting team who can make cold calls to convert leads into candidates).

    How does it work?

      • We partner with our clients to identify and provide the ideal target companies, industry, jobs, and specific geographies to research (e.g. Who are the Global Sales Directors and Key Account Managers at Company XYZ)
      • RSG conducts the research and delivers the report within agreed time frame (usually within 30-45 days). The report includes information on the Organization, Name, Title, Level, Contact number(s) and direct email which immediately provides a pipeline of potential candidates
      • Each contact is owned by the client for future search and assessment with no additional fee attached

  • Contingency: is a cost effective approach where our client is only required to pay a fee after a candidate presented by RSG, Inc. is hired. We can provide a strong pipeline of pre-qualified and pre-screened candidates for any search based on the contingent fee structure.

  • Contract Services (Staff Augmentation): provides a client with instant access to available consultants to address immediate and interim staffing needs based on change of scope or the need to hire a consultant in a specialized area. We can also provide a contract-to-hire service which allows the client to evaluate performance or bring in the right talent before anticipated full time employee headcount is approved allowing for a more efficient and quickly scalable resource model.
